Crème chou fleur et miso

Cauliflower and miso soup

For 2 people

  • ½ medium sized cauliflower

  • ½ onion

  • 1 tbsp of neutral oil

  • 250 ml of almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon of white or red miso

Slice the onion and sauté in the oil for a few minutes. Add the cauliflower cut into small pieces, and the almond milk. Top with water until the vegetables are coated. Leave to cook for 20 to 30 minutes. Stick a knife blade into the cauliflower to if it’s cooked. Mix and adjust the seasoning. Add a drizzle of sesame oil and a few seeds. Enjoy with a nice slice of Morgenbrod.
