Seeing the welcome you reserved for our first adatogens by Sun Potion, i wanted to widen our range. Chaga is on of the first adaptogens i discovered a few years back, through Tim Ferris, the author of best-selling book “The 4-hour work week”, who promoted the benefits of this muschroom in one of his videos.

Adaptogens help the body cope with the emotional, physical and mental impacts of stress. They don’t target one organ in particular but help the body to find a global balance. These potent plants and herbs have been used in traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine for ages and have some really special and powerful benefits.

As all foods, the effects can vary according to the individual. What will be good for you isn’t necessarily as what your partner needs. Listen to your body and adapt accordingly. Adaptogens shouldn’t interfere with undergoing medical treatments.


Chaga is a muschroom often found in Scandinavia. It has the particularity “to grow on living birch trees for 15-20 years before attaining their maturity.”. It is rich in zinc and B6.

Chaga is known to reduce fatigue and increase mental focus, and becomes a delicious alternative to coffee.

Is really good mixed with cocoa, ashwagandha or reishi.


The best way to reap the chagas’s benefits is to let it infuse 6 to 8 hours. For a quicker version, add 1/2 - 1 tsp a day to your tea, smoothies and juices. You can drink it in the morning to replace coffee.
