One of the plants that has really really helped me in my ability to cope with stress, is ashwagandha. A plant that has been used for ages in Ayurvedic medicine, in order to reinforce the immune system and lower mental, emotional and physical impacts of stress. I discovered ashwagandha specifically in 2016 and use regularly.
